Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate team in Dawson, GA. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with evenings, nights, and weekends shift differentials. We offer weekly pay, MyFlexPay, PTO, holidays, insurance options, a 401(k) match, and referral bonuses in a nonprofit, mission-driven

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
