Piedmont Post Acute is a dedicated 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC, seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being.

We offer $28–$29/hour pay, $2/hour night/weekend differential, $1,000 sign-on bonus, next-day pay, tuition reimbursement, and strong benefits including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.

Position Summary
