Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven org.
• Direct experience with loyalty, rewards, membership, or retention programs.
• Strong background in eCommerce or digital customer experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities.
• Analytical mindset using customer insights and product metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loyalty, rewards, membership, and retention programs.
• Gather customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for improving loyalty performance.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
• Manage discovery, prioritization, requirements, backlog management, and feature delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize loyalty features, including rewards structures and personalized experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and program performance to guide product decisions.
• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and digital experience teams to integrate loyalty across journeys.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
