• Define phased scope with customer voice to balance near-term impact and long-term scalability
• Partner with sales engineering on pilot client launches to refine requirements
• Manage global client pipeline and enable regional teams with tools and training
• Leverage data analysis to inform product enhancements and improve user experience
• Establish and track key metrics to monitor product health and progress toward objectives
