Job summary
ampliFI Loyalty Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Product Strategy and Development in Naperville, IL. You will own the definition and delivery of features across real-time rewards and consumer engagement, working with Technology and Design to bring solutions to market.

Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience developing detailed product requirements, UI/UX designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to roadmap and deliver detailed product features or initiatives.
- Own features through full lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Define testable acceptance criteria and coordinate with QA and Technology on test strategy.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design engaging consumer experiences.
- Track KPIs and product performance and drive improvements.
