Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Global Loyalty team to design, launch, and scale a global rewards solution that drives deep consumer engagement. You will own the product lifecycle, roadmap, and metrics, and partner across technology, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable loyalty offerings.

You will drive market evaluation, business cases, pricing, and governance while ensuring regulatory adherence in international markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (MBA/JD/MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 9+ years with a Bachelor, or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Own the product lifecycle, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy.
• Define phased scope balancing near-term impact with long-term scalability.
• Partner with sales engineering on pilot launches.
• Manage global client pipeline and enable regional teams.
• Leverage data to inform product improvements and UX.
• Establish and track key metrics for product health.
• Collaborate with legal, pricing, risk, sales to ensure enablement.
