Job summary

JE Dunn seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects, focusing on intelligent integration and low voltage systems. You will lead trades, manage budgets, schedules and safety programs, while coordinating with owners and designers to meet goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years construction experience and 5+ years in relevant systems, with willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 systems.
• 5+ years field supervision experience (preferred).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all core aspects of Aptitude Superintendent 1 role on assigned projects.
• Manage low voltage technology scopes, crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate design, construction, safety, QA/QC and budget.
• Interface with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Monitor schedules and implement project plans with the Aptitude PM.
• Support project pursuits and pre-planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with JE Dunn contracts and safety policies.
