Job summary

Aptitude Superintendent 1 at JE Dunn Construction will help plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects related to intelligent integration. The role involves coordinating low voltage trade partners, planning construction sequencing and ensuring timely and profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision and values.

This position requires strong knowledge of low voltage systems, leadership to manage teams, and active involvement in project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of construction experience are required.
• 5+ years of field supervision experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury‑free environment.
• Coordinate low voltage technology design and construction with teams.
• Manage low voltage subcontractors, suppliers, and program compliance.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Manage project schedule and monitor costs via cost reports.
• Coordinate with trades to install conduits, back‑boxes, and cabling.
