Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install, service, and test electronic security systems including burglar and fire alarms, CCTV and access control across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and knowledge of electrical and fire codes. Starting pay ranges from $20-$35 per hour based on experience, with an incentive program up to 10% of annual pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to travel as needed and perform field work.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes for safe installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire specified alarm system devices.
• Test and verify system functionality per manufacturer specs.
• Use multimeters for volts, OHMs and circuit analysis.
• Explain system operation to customers and complete paperwork daily.
