Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5 years experience in electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience
• Travel 15-20%
• Typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri; ability to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture and maintains constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends and contributes to meetings and performance reviews; coaches staff.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting, employee relations, and related topics.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to ensure progress and safety.
