Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager to generate business and provide general management for electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects in Tulsa, OK.

You will oversee staff, ensure profitability, and coordinate with purchasing to secure materials, while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in construction management or electrical engineering and experience in estimating or the electrical trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with 1 year estimating experience
• Travel: 15-20%

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed profitably, timely, and per customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Participates in bi-annual field performance review processes and conducts timely employee reviews.
