Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager to generate business, oversee electrical and specialty systems construction projects, and manage staff.

The ideal candidate is proficient with a PC and MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred, along with electrical trade experience. Travel is 15-20% as needed; standard schedule is 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience or 5 years in electrical trade with 1 year estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%; typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri with possible after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects; ensures profitability and timeliness.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture; fosters constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors for effective material coordination.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Participates in bi-annual field performance reviews and merit increases.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to ensure progress and safety and support crew.
