Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction related field as listed.
• 5 years' electrical field experience and 1 year in electrical estimating.
• Travel required 15-20%.
• Typical work hours 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; other hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensure safety, profitability, timely delivery and quality per customer expectations.
• Identify and generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors for material needs.
• Lead meetings and conduct performance reviews with staff.
