Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture and engages with staff relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends project meetings and conducts performance reviews; coaches employees on growth opportunities.
