Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects and ensures safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Oversees staff; coaches and conducts field performance reviews; collaborates with HR on recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews estimates with Estimating Department and coordinates with Purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Attends meetings and visits jobsites to support progress and safety.
