Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office is expected; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred, as is experience in the electrical construction trade. Qualifications

• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the electrical construction trade is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects. Ensures profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture with constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Conducts field performance reviews and merit wage adjustments; maintains employee relations.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and staff relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to ensure progress and safety.
