Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects under the guidance of a Project or Group Manager. The role requires PC proficiency, MS Office, and knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD. 1–2 years in electrical construction or project management is preferred.

Travel is expected at 15–20%, with typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, and flexibility to meet business needs. The company emphasizes a Culture of Care and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction or project management.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source materials and coordinate purchase of construction supplies.
• Lead performance reviews and support wage adjustments with PM.
• Plan and staff electrical projects to meet profitability and schedule.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales).
• Process paperwork and review estimates for accuracy.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure safety.
