Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and high-quality.
• Identifies and generates new business; maintains customer relationships.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Conducts regular project meetings and performance reviews; coaches staff as needed.
• Supports recruiting and selection with Human Resources; collaborates on employee development.
