Job summary

You will oversee project staff and coordinate with Purchasing, HR, and vendors to keep projects on track. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years in the electrical field with 1 year electrical estimating experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Accubid and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business; builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes positive culture; fosters constructive employee relations; conducts field performance reviews.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attends project and staff meetings and supports project metrics, budgets, and schedules.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee development; reviews estimates with Estimating Department; visits jobsites to monitor progress.
