Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver high-quality guest service in our lounge during assigned shifts. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and support all service operations to ensure a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stations, processing orders through the POS, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. A friendly demeanor and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage serving experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge.
• Experience with computerized point of sale systems and cash handling.
• Adherence to hotel food and beverage policies on sanitation, portion control, serving, storing, and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Set stations ahead of service according to design for the period.
• Keep serving stations stocked and clean during service; include china, glass, silverware, and food/beverage.
• Greet guests within designated time frame.
• Bus tables, clear and reset for next guests.
• Practice suggestive selling for all orders.
• Enter orders accurately in the POS, including billing and payment method.
• Ensure guests' legal drinking age with ID checks when serving alcohol.
• Follow TIPS procedures for guest alcohol consumption.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus and service areas.
• Complete opening/closing side duties and ensure sanitation.
• Adhere to Food & Beverage safety standards and report any issues.
