Job summary

Seaport Hotel is seeking a Lounge Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service in the Tamo Bar and Lounge. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist with seating while upselling menu items and maintaining a polished, professional presence.

This role requires weekday/weekend availability, and the team emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy in cash handling, and collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to create a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol.
• ServSafe and TiPS certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide food and beverage service.
• Take orders and enter them accurately into the POS.
• Stock service stations with ice, napkins, glassware, and straws.
• Check on guests and address requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments quickly and accurately; balance shift cash.
• Assist bartenders and merchandise items to boost sales.
