Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in proactive, friendly service.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS accurately.
• Stock service stations with ice, napkins, glassware, and straws.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Refill beverages and clear/reset tables promptly.
• Ensure correct food preparation and return any issues to the kitchen.
• Handle cash and balance shift income per policy.
• Present checks and process payments quickly.
