Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest service oriented team member to greet and serve guests on site. You will take orders, answer menu questions, and perform set-up sidework in agreement with the hotel's service standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, checking food quality before service, and assisting coworkers as needed. This role requires English communication, professional appearance, and ability to stand/walk for long periods while lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service manual.

• Operate the electronic cash register / POS system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature, portions.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
