Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations and supervision.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Ability to operate bar taps, slush machines, and dishwashers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and supervise daily F&B operations.
• Attend meetings and monitor financials, labor costs, and reports.
• Support events, promotions, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Coordinate front and back of house flow and scheduling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the department.
