Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s property seeks an experienced Restaurant/F&B supervisor to oversee all a la carte food and beverage operations—restaurant, coffee bar and lounge—ensuring courteous service and consistent quality for guests. You will supervise staff, assist in interviewing and training, manage reservations, monitor guest satisfaction, control costs, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations and service techniques.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card and TABC license or in the process.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Strong staff supervision and scheduling capabilities.
• Experience with payroll, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and host teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, and counseling staff for efficient operation.
• Maintain outlet scheduling and payroll.
• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings with pertinent information.
• Meet and greet guests, escort to tables, present menus.
• Coordinate reservations and communications with other departments.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction; ensure menu items meet standards.
• Control payroll and equipment costs; maintain par stock and inventory.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions as needed.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
