Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Hotel Manager to uphold and drive top-tier guest experiences, revenues, and brand standards at its property. You will oversee front-office and operational departments, guiding teams to deliver exceptional service across all outlets.

The role requires overseeing budgets, forecasts, staffing, and cost controls while maintaining a profitable hotel culture. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hotel management experience or higher.
• Experience as a Department Head or above.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule and coach associates to standards and DHM values.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure optimal service levels for guests.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets, and cost control to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and brand standards to improve outcomes.
• Resolve guest complaints and anticipate operational issues to improve service.
