Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee the hotel's restaurant, room service and lounge. You will supervise all staff, ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction, manage service flow and profitability, and coordinate with other departments.

• Thorough knowledge of Food outlet operations and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations pertaining to service to customers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Understanding of inventory, payroll, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Food and Beverage operations including restaurant, room service and lounge.
• Greet and escort guests, supervise staff, and ensure courteous, efficient service.
• Control flow of customers and interaction between front- and back-of-house.
• Maintain brand standards, customer service quality and menu consistency.
• Manage transactions, staff schedules, inventory, and wastage levels.
• Assist in interviewing, training, supervising, and disciplining staff.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and coordinate with other departments.
