Enjoy uncapped earning potential with first-year earnings of $85K-$100K, $115K-$120K+ at plan, and top performers earning $200K-$250K+.

Qualifications

• Proven history of prospecting and developing business.
• Experience carrying a quota and working in a performance-driven environment.
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings.
• Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout Louisiana.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days.
• Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities.
