Job summary

Duties include contacting GLC retailers by phone to place orders, monitoring inventories, motivating retailers to maximize sales, and maintaining daily call records and ticket orders; strong communication and data entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
• 1–2 years of telephone sales, customer service and data entry experience.
• Good organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience operating telecommunications equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact GLC retailers via telephone to place orders for instant tickets and monitor inventories.
• Motivate retailers to maximize their sales.
• Maintain daily records of telephone calls and tickets ordered.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers and GLC Sales Representatives.
• Determine distribution of ticket allocations and perform other related duties.
