Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Retail Solutions Specialist to travel to retail locations in and around Hinesville, GA, to train staff on lottery equipment and support installation readiness. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or sales
• 1-3 years of lottery experience
• Ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy and end-user focus
• Ability to translate information and present to others
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and web browsers
• Good communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Work in a retail store environment (gas stations, c-stores, grocery, etc.)
• Train store managers and clerks on lottery equipment
• Act as liaison between Retail Solutions, lottery, retail and internal customers
• Assist with SCiQ project rollout preparation and site documentation
• Conduct pre-site surveys and system staging
• Maintain knowledge of SG systems and present opportunities and solutions
• Provide high-tier support to field questions from partners
• Travel to customer locations up to 80% of the time
