Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in marketing, business, management, data analysis, project management, or related field is required.
• Five years of work experience in business management/marketing, business project management, program management, program planning, retail marketing/merchandising, or data analysis is required.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting is required.
• Willingness to work extra hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for job-related purposes as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, multi-user databases, and e-mail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes all aspects of scratch ticket and draw game programs and makes recommendations to improve sales and engagement.
• Develops dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses tracking KPIs like sales, inventory, and retailer participation.
• Analyzes draw game promotions for effectiveness and incremental sales.
• Pre-launch and post-launch evaluations of scratch ticket games and promotions, documenting results and recommendations.
• Identifies sales trends by geography, retailer segment, game type, and time period.
• Reviews and analyzes data to develop strategies increasing sales and retailer distribution.
• Prepares clear written summaries and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
• Oversees implementation of data analytics recommendations for current and new projects.
