Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Lima, OH to service lottery retail locations. You will perform installs, removals, preventative maintenance, and on-site training, with occasional travel and weekend hours.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting communications hardware and POS equipment, recording service calls, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, relocate, and perform preventative maintenance at lottery retail locations.
• Provide training to customers on equipment and procedures.
• Troubleshoot communications hardware and peripheral systems within retail sites.
• Record service calls, log data, and communicate recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolutions.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime.
