Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• 1 or more years of experience in technical repairs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and demonstrate the ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Physical requirements: ability to climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, sit and drive for long periods, and work with moving parts and electrical current.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in Denver, CO, including transportation, installation, and maintenance.
• Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy for company vehicles.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and perform minor repairs in the field.
• Report activity, incidents, and resolutions to Dispatch accurately and promptly.
• Deliver marketing supplies and track inventory of consumables.
• Provide basic training to retailers on procedures and equipment usage.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities and equipment issues.
