Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Bellevue/Seattle, WA is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician to service and install lottery equipment at retailer locations. The role involves regular fieldwork, driving, and frontline customer support as part of our award-winning services team.

You will transport, install, and maintain equipment, train retailers, and report activity to Dispatch. A valid driver's license, color vision, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and color vision.
• Physical requirements: climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various locations.
• Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods and work with moving parts and electrical current.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in Bellevue/Seattle, WA with regular fieldwork and driving.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies.
• Attend driver training and follow Brightstar's vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field and perform minor repairs.
• Report activity, arrivals, problems, and resolutions to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to retailers or refresher training on procedures.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities and equipment issues.
