Job summary

Brightstar seeks a Lottery Field Services Technician in Madison, WI. The role services Brightstar equipment at retailer locations and is part of our award-winning lottery services team.

You will install, remove, or repair equipment and communication devices, transport supplies, and deliver parts as needed. Responsibilities include troubleshooting in the field, reporting activity and resolutions to Dispatch, and providing basic trainings to retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year in technical repair or a related hands-on field.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to distinguish colors while installing, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment.
• Strong English reading/writing and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other gear.
• Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation of Brightstar equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field and report issues to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumables to retailers and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to new retailers or refresher training to retailers with procedures.
