Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Denver, CO seeks a Lottery Field Services Technician to service retailer locations and support equipment installation and maintenance. This role involves regular fieldwork, driving, and hands-on customer service.

The technician will transport, install, and upkeep equipment, parts, and tools, follow vehicle policies, and report activity to Dispatch. Training and structured safety guidelines are provided to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perceive colors correctly.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in Denver, CO with regular fieldwork and driving.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and make minor repairs in the field.
• Report activity, arrivals/departures, problems, and resolutions to Dispatch.
