Brightstar Lottery seeks a Lottery Field Services Technician in Georgetown, KY to service equipment at retailer locations. This role involves regular fieldwork, driving, and customer support, including installation and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities include delivering parts, training retailers, reporting to Dispatch, and ensuring smooth operation. Candidates should have 2-3 years in customer service and technical repairs, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and color vision.
• Ability to drive a 20ft box truck; CDL not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment up to 800 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations and perform fieldwork.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment and supplies.
• Report activity, issues, and resolutions to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and train retailers as needed.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities and improvements.
