Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in loss prevention, retail, or security preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners including law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor, and checkout areas to identify theft or fraudulent behavior.
• Observe and engage individuals exhibiting dishonest actions to prevent losses.
• Use CCTV, reporting tools, and investigations resources to detect theft indicators and validate incidents.
• Document incidents, maintain evidence, and report to leadership and investigations teams.
• Partner with leadership and law enforcement to resolve theft cases and support apprehensions when authorized.
• Assist with trespass enforcement for repeat offenders per policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on major theft incidents and follow-up investigations.
• Identify and report safety hazards and operational vulnerabilities to store management.
• Perform additional duties to support loss prevention objectives.
