This role partners with LP Field Leaders, corporate investigators, and local authorities to document findings and resolve incidents while upholding the company values of integrity and teamwork. The position offers a base pay range of $20.29–$29.30 per hour, with total compensation varying by location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in loss prevention, retail, or security.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal partners and law enforcement as needed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with associates at all levels.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor and checkout areas for theft.
• Identify dishonest behavior and engage individuals to deter loss.
• Use CCTV and investigative resources to detect indicators of theft.
• Document incidents and provide timely reports to leadership.
• Support investigations with internal teams and law enforcement as needed.
• Assist with trespass enforcement per company policy.
• Collaborate on major theft incidents and follow-up investigations.
• Identify safety hazards and report vulnerabilities to management.
• Perform additional duties to support loss prevention goals.
