Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Safe & Secure Environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Provides visible command presence and greetings.
• Monitors for potential safety issues and reports to leadership.
• Gathers theft indicators and communicates with leaders.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
