Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years in loss prevention, retail, or security.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor, and checkout areas for theft or fraud.
• Engage individuals exhibiting dishonest actions to prevent loss.
• Document incidents, maintain evidence, and provide reports to leadership and investigations teams.
• Partner with leadership and law enforcement to resolve theft cases and support apprehensions when authorized.
• Assist with trespass enforcement for repeat offenders per policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on major theft incidents and follow-up investigations.
• Identify and report safety hazards and operational vulnerabilities to store management.
