Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, sales floor, and checkout areas for theft or fraud.
• Observe and engage individuals exhibiting dishonest actions to prevent loss.
• Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to detect theft indicators and validate incidents.
• Document incidents, maintain evidence, and provide timely reports to leadership.
• Partner with leadership and law enforcement to resolve theft cases and support apprehensions.
• Assist with trespass enforcement for repeat offenders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on major theft incidents and follow-up investigations.
• Identify safety hazards and operational vulnerabilities; report to store management.
• Perform additional duties to support loss prevention objectives.
