Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas, remaining vigilant throughout the shift.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting.
• Identify theft incidents/suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction training and adhere to safety standards.
