Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a part-time Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment and deliver excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, monitor store entrances, and report theft incidents while upholding Burlington's dress standards and safety policies. The role involves standing for long periods, coordinating with the Manager on Duty, and assisting in training associates on shortage reduction programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist with training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
