• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and maintain a confident, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic smile and provide friendly assistance.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
