Responsibilities

• Review OS&D occurrences and carrier claims to identify issues and next steps.
• Compile and distribute daily Claims Reports accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding OS&D issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and carriers for claim resolution details.
• Investigate root causes with Loss Prevention and recommend corrective actions.
• Process necessary inventory and account adjustments related to OS&D.
