Responsibilities

• Coordinate between transportation providers, sales brokers, and customer buyers.
• Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates.
• Resolve delivery issues and maintain high service standards.
• Notify and collaborate with Customer Service on delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
• Enter and track delivery data and manage appointment changes.
