Responsibilities

• Provide support to management and staff with questions on account insurance coverage.
• Provide first-level escalation for calls or complaints.
• Monitor daily claim workloads and recommend changes to improve processing of claims.
• Examine, analyze, and determine liability in casualty or property loss on claims filed.
• Calculate payments and approve payments within delegated authority.
