Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager to drive LTC commercial activities across an assigned geography. The role focuses on maximizing product adoption in LTC facilities and building strong relationships with care teams within the LTC ecosystem.

The SAM will act as a disease state expert and account specialist, delivering territory plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Call on LTC care teams and build relationships across the LTC ecosystem.
• Develop territory business plans and account plans for targeted LTC facilities.
