Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and collaboration with customers.
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress and recognize successes.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives and improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues as needed.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Provide orientation and necessary tools to Lead Hands and employees.
